Global Tote links up with Neds in Australia
Global Tote, a wholly owned subsidiary of TopBetta Holdings, agreed a deal to provide its services to Australian online bookmaker Neds.com.au.
The agreement will cover racing and sporting events over the course of the 2018 calendar year.
Neds will be able utilise the Global Tote and customise Global Tote products for its betting website in Australia, as well as its soon-to-be-launched global betting platform.
Integration of the Global Tote into Neds.com.au is due to begin soon, with both parties expecting to go live in the first quarter of next year.
The provision of the services will remain subject to standard approvals from the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.
“The Global Tote will play a key role in our Australian and international plans for the Neds business,” Neds chief executive Dean Shannon said.
“The deal with The Global Tote will help us to customise our offering to give our punters the best available pricing in the market.”
Todd Buckingham, chief executive of TopBetta, added: “Being a wholesale tote, the Global Tote allows wagering operators to customise pricing using a range of products including other totes and SP pricing to deliver some of the most competitive products in online wagering.
“Neds.com.au has shown in a short space of time that they are innovative, agile and ambitious in their bid to make a mark in the Australian and global markets, and we are excited that they have embraced the Global Tote under the terms of a commercial in confidence contract.”
Meanwhile, TopBetta has issued an update on the progress of a new partnership with Ladbrokes in Australia.
TopBetta expects integration of the Global Tote with the Ladbrokes.com.au site to be complete in the first quarter of 2018.
