OpenBet has agreed a deal to provide its SiteBuilder tool to French operator Pari Mutuel Urbain (PMU).

SiteBuilder enables operators to offer quick-to-market front-end solutions in a safe development environment.

Features within the product include the option to create sportsbook microsites using an advanced CMS, which in turn will allow users to open dedicated pages for major sporting events.

The agreement forms part of a long-running relationship between OpenBet and PMU, which began in 2010.

“A flexible platform is vital when it comes to offering our customers the personalised experience they expect, so we are delighted to have a partner in OpenBet who can deliver unparalleled expertise in this field,” PMU’s head of online Jean-Marc Leglise said.

“OpenBet’s SiteBuilder tool will allow us to tailor our content to our customers, safe in the knowledge that it will maintain the stability and excellence of all OpenBet products.”

Jeremy Thompson-Hill, chief executive of OpenBet, added: “SiteBuilder will give PMU greater agility to design and adapt a sportsbook which perfectly suits their needs.

“The relationship between OpenBet and PMU has been extraordinarily productive for both sides over the years, and we look forward to building upon this success into the future.”
