SBTech has struck deals to provide its omni-channel infrastructure to retail sports-betting operators bet90 and Get Bet.

Under the deal with bet90, SBTech’s solution will be used to execute online and offline expansion plans, with the online, mobile and retail operations unified with SBTech’s Infinity Account, allowing customers to log into their personal accounts via any device with a single wallet.

The company’s offline division has more than 2,000 terminals across its retail network, mainly in Germany.

Get Bet, a leading Romanian sports-betting provider, will also be able to use SBTech’s cashier interface to support integrated cash and voucher processing for the transfer of funds between over-the-counter transactions and self-service betting terminals. Get Bet has 500 retail locations.

Get Bet and bet90 will benefit from advanced management and monitoring of shop networks, real-time, multi-level 360-degree player activity analysis across all channels, operations and cross-marketing support

“As proven innovators in the football betting space, and with a reputation for speed and expertise, bet90 has been planning to offer an omni-channel experience for some time,” bet90 director Iosif Galea said. “After extensive research, it was concluded that SBTech is the best partner to supply the necessary systems, due both to its reliability and its focus on rapid product development. We fully expect our new powers of personalisation to drive significant growth and increased turnover for bet90, especially in the online space.”

Get Bet's chief executive, Cristian Roman, added: “As the Romanian iGaming market continues to mature, we have been planning to upgrade our operations to a full omni-channel offering for some time. Our choice of provider was an easy one – SBTech supplies systems built around flexibility and scalability, which will enable us to implement our aggressive growth strategy, while the Infinity Account will deliver a superior sports and casino experience to our rapidly growing player base.”

SBTech chief executive Richard Carter said: “SBTech’s omni-channel offering delivers a unified and ubiquitous user experience for customers of companies in regulated markets worldwide, enhancing operator profits across the board.”
