As gambling continues to take off across North America, we are seeing increasing concerns and interest in how best to protect players.

In this session, we discussed how industry collaboration and partnership can play an instrumental role in advancing innovation and action to improve the way we identify, engage and safeguard consumers who show signs of at risk behaviour.

Our panellists discussed insights from both applied research and practical implementation of new and novel approaches to responsible gambling.
