France Pari boosted by Sportnco success in 2015
French operator France Pari has cited the success of its Sportnco B2B entity as one of the main reasons behind a year-on-year jump in revenue during 2015.
Total revenue amounted to €20 million ($21.8 million) in the past year, up 15% from the €17 million posted in the previous 12-month period.
France Pari also reported B2B activity, delivering white labels and sublicenses of its online sports betting and horse racing platforms increased by 80%, with its Sportnco business collecting €2 million in fees and royalties.
In terms of the firm’s B2C activity as an online sportsbetting operator, under the brands France-pari.fr and Feelingbet.fr, revenue increased 5% to €17 million.
Football was the main subject of sports betting activity with 50% of stakes, while tennis generated 26% of wagers and basketball 14%.
France Pari noted that revenue through B2C activities as an online horse racing operator remained flat at €1 million.
Hervé Schlosser, chairman and chief executive of France Pari, said: “2015 provided confirmation of our strategy focused on sports betting, complemented by our B2C and B2B activities.
“We expect strong growth in 2016, headed by Uefa Euro 2016 in France and the Olympics in Rio, but also by the launch of a new range of sports betting offers thoughout the year.
“Our company will continue with international development; our B2B offer was already available in English, Spanish and Dutch, and we will add German, Portuguese and Chinese during Q1 of 2016.”
