SafeCharge signs up with Sisal

Italian-facing online gaming platform Sisal has entered into a partnership with payment technologies provider SafeCharge.

Under the new agreement, SafeCharge will facilitate Sisal customers’ deposit and withdrawal journey, as well as support fraud prevention efforts and alternative payments acceptance for the regulated Italian market.

Sisal will benefit from SafeCharge’s ‘Personalised Cashier’, which offers single-click deposits, decline recovery, dynamic 3D Secure and additional proprietary gaming enablement features.

The partnership also includes SafeCharge’s ‘Fraud Prevention Platform’, which supports Sisal’s regulation compliance and internal risk operations, including cards and alternative payment methods.

“Further to reviewing a number of payments providers, in order to offer a more efficient service to our clients, we selected SafeCharge based on their established presence within the gaming industry, unique technologies for both deposit and withdrawals, full alignment with Italian gambling directives along with top-notch account management and technical support services,” Sisal online gaming business manager Marco Tiso said.
