Betdaq renews with Punchestown Festival
Betdaq has extended a deal to remain as the main sponsor of Irish horse-racing event the Punchestown Festival.
The agreement runs for one year and covers the 2018 edition of the event, which is taking place this week at the County Kildare course from April 24-28.
Betdaq will continue to raise funds for the Irish Injured Jockeys charity throughout the week with its ‘#ChangingForTheBettor’ campaign.
This will include serving a bespoke Betdaq cocktail at the pop-up ‘honesty bar’, with proceeds going to the jockeys’ welfare charity.
In addition, Betdaq will remain as title sponsor of the Champion Hurdle race at the festival.
Shane McLaughlin, managing director at Betdaq said: “We are very pleased to have extended our relationship with Punchestown and, as one of the main partners, we wanted to use our sponsorship to highlight the fantastic work of Irish Injured Jockeys.”
