Softswiss adds real-time segmentation for casino operators

Softswiss, a global iGaming software provider, has expanded its Casino Platform segmentation feature. Operators can group players to personalise campaigns, automate actions and improve player engagement in real time.

The feature now allows operators to segment players by deposit activity, betting behaviour, loyalty data, tags, payment methods, sportsbook activity and more. Multiple filters can be combined to create more detailed player groups for retention and engagement campaigns. Player lists refresh automatically as conditions change, helping brands respond more quickly to player behaviour.

Built as a standalone service rather than part of the platform, the segmentation feature maintains stable performance even under high workloads. According to Softswiss’ internal data, 99.5% of player events are delivered in real time. When a player matches a segment, connected services can trigger actions without manual recalculation or waiting periods.

Operators can use segmentation across multiple Casino Platform tools and workflows, including:

  • Bonus campaigns
  • Tournaments and lotteries
  • Referral systems
  • Payment scenarios
  • Motion automation workflows

Operators using the Softswiss Sportsbook can apply the same segmentation capabilities to their players. This allows brands to manage casino and sportsbook audiences through a single tool.

Fast access to specific player groups helps JabulaBets teams define qualification rules for promotions and analyse first-time depositors by registration date. As a result, they can build more accurate KPI reports based on specific business analysis or use cases.

This Casino Platform update continues the expansion of engagement and automation tools within the Softswiss ecosystem. Earlier this year, the tech provider also introduced the Prediction Markets Platform, a fixed-odds solution that allows operators to offer event-based wagering on politics, economics, technology and cultural events.
