The Role

• We are looking for a Python Developer to join a fast-growing technology company operating at the forefront of communications and CRM innovation.

• In this role, you will work on scalable backend systems and services, contributing to the design and development of reliable, high-performance solutions in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Python, using modern frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Build and integrate messaging systems, asynchronous workflows, and background services using technologies such as Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar tools.
• Write clean, reusable, well-tested Python code, following established software engineering standards and best practices.
• Contribute to technical architecture and product development, actively participating in brainstorming and design discussions.
• Stay up to date with the latest Python technologies, frameworks, tools, and development practices, helping drive continuous improvement across the engineering team.
• Take ownership of projects and tasks while collaborating closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a strong focus on backend engineering.
• Strong knowledge of software development principles and backend/API development, including REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and background jobs.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with at least one modern backend framework such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Familiarity with messaging systems, distributed caching, and relational databases.
• Experience with Docker and containerization is a strong advantage.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, frameworks, or integrating machine learning models and AI-powered services into applications is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and integrity.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
