Advanced Compliance Technology launches Fraud Rings unified intelligence tool
Advanced Compliance Technology (ACT), the specialist provider of compliance and risk solutions for the regulated betting and gaming industry, has launched Fraud Rings, a real-time intelligence feature designed to detect connected fraud and syndicate activity.
Fraud Rings analyses patterns across devices, accounts, locations, behaviours, transactions and betting activity to uncover suspicious connections that may not be obvious when assessed individually.
These connections are displayed through a real-time bubble map, along with a risk score and a measure of suspicious clusters, linked accounts, device overlap and unusual behavioural signals.
Rather than relying solely on individual alerts, Fraud Rings highlights hidden relationships and emerging patterns, enabling compliance teams to investigate faster, prioritise risk more effectively and make better-informed, evidence-based decisions.
Through intelligent, AI-powered pattern detection, compliance officers can tackle fraud rings, betting syndicates, multi-accounting, account sharing, device manipulation, bonus abuse, VPN use, and suspicious betting behaviour more efficiently.
The launch further strengthens ACT’s wider vision of providing complete, connected oversight across ID verification, geolocation, AML monitoring, behavioural analysis and sports integrity monitoring.
Mike Venner, director at Advanced Compliance Technology, said: “Fraud rarely exists in isolation. The strongest indicators of risk can sit across different accounts or behavioural patterns, making it increasingly difficult to understand the full picture through individual alerts alone.
“Fraud Rings gives compliance teams a visual and connected view of those links in real time. By bringing previously fragmented signals together, we can help operators and regulators identify organised activity earlier and respond with greater confidence.”
