They are seeking a senior Performance Marketing & User Acquisition Advisor with proven experience scaling customer acquisition for casino and gaming businesses.
Location: Global / Remote
Engagement: Consulting, Advisory, Project-Based, Flexible with potential full-time opportunity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop global user acquisition strategies.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing across Google, Meta, TikTok, DSP and programmatic channels.
- Improve conversion through the full acquisition funnel.
- Review CAC, CPA, ROAS, FTD, LTV and payback performance.
- Establish testing frameworks for audiences, creatives and landing pages.
- Analyze cohort quality and budget allocation.
- Support scaling while maintaining profitable unit economics.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of performance marketing or user acquisition experience.
- 5+ years within Casino, iGaming, Social Casino, Sweepstakes or Crypto Casino.
- Experience managing substantial acquisition budgets.
- Expertise across Google, Meta, TikTok, DSP and programmatic channels.
- Strong understanding of cohort analysis, player quality and ROI optimization.
