Altenar enhances esports offering through Oddin deal

| By Richard Mulligan
Sportsbook software supplier Altenar has integrated content from Oddin as it seeks to enhance its esports offering.

Through the new partnership, Altenar will incorporate Oddin esports odds feed, which comes with live streaming, multiple live markets and comprehensive coverage of esports tournaments.

Altenar, which has a particular focus on the Latin America, Africa and Europe, said it was keen to enhance its esports offering in response to client feedback from across the world.

“The esports phenomenon is global,” Stanislav Silin, chief executive of Altenar, said. “We work with multiple operators from very different regions. However, we received many requests for a more attractive esports offering.

“We were very lucky to find a partner like Oddin in this regard. Their product is ready to deliver a very competitive live betting offering. Our clients can’t wait to connect Oddin’s odds feed for Counter-Strike, League of Legends, or Dota 2. This is going to be a game-changer that will help them attract Millennials to their sportsbooks.”

Altenar launched Lottoland‘s first sportsbook last year and has also worked with FinnPlay and Lucky Casino since it was founded in 2011. Oddin has worked with clients such as TipSport and Aspire Global and offers markets on leading games such as CS:GO, FIFA and League of Legends.

Marek Suchar, head of partnerships at Oddin, said: “More and more operators will have the chance to deliver a truly engaging esports betting experience to their clients. Esports betting is meant to play a key role in the industry for the upcoming years and big partnerships like this are just the beginning.”
