BetConstruct-owned white label subsidiary Vivaro has received an online betting and gaming licence from the Swedish Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen).

BetConstruct's B2C subsidiary Vivaro has received an online betting and gaming licence from the Swedish Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen).

The licence covers sports betting and online gaming via the Vbet and Ohmbet brands, and runs until June 2023.

“While this has been a long and arduous road, we are honored and excited today to have the approval of the Swedish Gambling Authority,” BetConstruct chief executive Vigen Badalyan said. “BetConstruct gets the green light to offer its robust and advanced solutions in the Swedish market, where operators will benefit from our software in a secure and reliable environment and as seamlessly as in other regulations.”

The licence was granted on 3 June, with Vivaro having already secured licences from the Malta Gaming Authority and Great Britain's Gambling Commission.

In Malta, Vivaro is licensed to offer casino, fixed-odds betting, controlled skill games and peer-to-peer poker and bingo.

In Great Britain, it holds a licence for general betting, intermediary betting, pool betting and casino. Vivaro previously operated a white label site under the brand M88, Mansion Europe’s Asia-facing subsidiary.

Earlier this week, the Gambling Commission announced that it was looking into the model and operations of both Mansion Europe and M88.
