Online gambling solutions provider BetConstruct has secured approval from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) for a range of real-money gaming content and virtual sports products.

The MGA said that the approval under its Type 1 licence means BetConstruct can offer the gaming suite under both its B2B and B2C licences in the country.

BetConstruct’s suite includes dice game Farkle, a bet-on numbers keno title, multiplier game Blast and prediction games Striker and Big Hi-Lo.

The MGA also gave its approval to BetConstruct’s proprietary virtual sports games under its Type 1 licence.

This will enable the provider to offer the games under its own MGA licence, as well as deliver virtual betting to MGA-licensed operators under white label, turnkey or API solutions.

BetConstruct’s virtual sports portfolio comprises eight games, including virtual football, greyhound, horse racing, drag racing and marble racing titles.

In November last year, the MGA also approved a live casino supplier licence for Soft Construct Ltd, which trades as BetConstruct.
