Bitcasino.io details financial growth in 2015

Bitcasino.io, the first legally licensed and regulated Bitcoin-only online gambling operator in the world, has revealed significant financial growth in only its second full year of business.

The company reported that turnover increased by 1,370% on a year-on-year basis during the 12 months through to December 31, 2015.

Bitcasino.io, which launched its services in January 2014, offered €14 million ($15.9 million) in progressive jackpots in the last year, attracting players from over 140 countries around the world.

The company, which also rolled out a sportsbook in August of last year, said that one of its players secured the largest single win of 274 Bitcoins, worth more than €100,000, on a single spin.
