UK-based games studio Blueprint Gaming has appointed Andy Mace, formerly head of casino at Bet365, as its new director of accounts.

Mace will assume responsibility for managing the relationships with Blueprint’s various partners across the UK and Europe.

He joins Blueprint, a division of Gauselmann Group, after 11 years as head of casino at Bet365, prior to which he had a 12-month spell as head of licensing for casino operator Clermont Leisure.

Mace also spent just over a year as casino product manager for bwin.party and served as a regulatory inspector at the Alderney Gambling Control Commission for six months.

“Blueprint Gaming has always been one of the best and most innovative slot suppliers and I’m absolutely delighted to be joining the team,” Mace said. “It’s a really exciting time to come on board, as they are growing rapidly around Europe and their games are second to none.”

Matt Cole, managing director of Blueprint, added: “We’re thrilled to welcome Andy to Blueprint Gaming, he is going to be an extremely valuable new member of the team.

“First and foremost, he knows everything about us as he has been one of our main customers for the past 11 years. He has invaluable experience within the industry and I couldn’t think of anyone better to help drive our offering and provide exceptional support to our operator partners.”

The new appointment comes after Blueprint Operations in March announced a management restructure, with Simon Barff stepping down as its UK managing director and David Purvis being appointed as his replacement.
