Boyd Gaming has finalised its acquisition of the Aliante Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas.

Boyd Gaming has finalised its acquisition of the Aliante Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas.
Opened in 2008, the land-based facility in Nevada will now become part of Boyd in a deal worth $380 million (€339.7 million).
Aliante Casino and Hotel is located approximately 13 miles north of the main Las Vegas Strip.
Boyd now owns a total of 10 casinos in the Las Vegas area, in addition to sites in Louisiana, Indiana, Iowa, Mississippi, Kansas, and Illinois.
