SG Digital deploys Managed Trading Service solution with operator partner in New Jersey and Mississippi

Caesars Entertainment Corporation has strengthened its sports betting offerings in New Jersey and Mississippi offerings with the launch of SG Digital's Managed Trading Service (MTS) solution.

The roll-out provides the operator's sportsbooks with a range of betting and pricing services, as well as real-time event data solutions.

It has been made possible by SG Digital parent company Scientific Games' acquisition of US sports data provider Don Best Sports Corporation.

Scientific Games already powers the Caesars online, mobile and retail sports betting offering in New Jersey and Mississippi with its OpenBet sportsbook technology.

SG Digital powered the launch of Caesars' sports betting offering in New Jersey in July this year, following this up with a roll-out in Mississippi in August.

“With the integration of Don Best, Caesars will now be able to provide our customers superior speed and variety in available sports betting lines both on premise and in the Caesars Sports App,” Caesars executive vice-president of gaming and interactive Christian Stuart said.

The Caesars integration marks the first time that SG Digital has launched the MTS solution for a client.

Keith O’Loughlin, senior vice-president of sportsbook at SG Digital, said: “Following a quick and simple integration that took less than two weeks following the Don Best acquisition and the recent formation of our Gibraltar Sportsbook Ops team, Caesars now has one of the most comprehensive sports betting offering in the US, with MTS delivering a complete product.”

Earlier this year, Scientific Games established a new sportsbook operations team in Gibraltar to launch a managed service for sports betting clients. The division has been further strengthened with the addition of a sportsbook marketing service.
