Clarion Gaming, the parent company of iGaming Business, has partnered SiGMA Group for a new Asian gaming event under the ICE banner.

The B2B event, which will take place at SMX Manila from 8 to 9 June, 2020, will cater for the land-based and online gaming sectors, bringing suppliers, operators, affiliates, regulators and blockchain business together.

It aims to help industry stakeholders tap into the huge opportunity provided by the Asian gaming market, with seven of the top ten locations generating gambling revenue worldwide based on the continent. Macau alone could see revenue hit $53bn by 2022, according to figures from Global Gambling Statistics.

The event will give attendees new insights into regulatory conditions in Asian markets, payment processing methods and the integration of emerging technologies such as blockchain.

“The opportunities for growth in Asia are increasing exponentially year on year, and the time is right to cement new and existing relationships between the gambling industries in both East and West,” Clarion Gaming managing director Kate Chambers said.

“To combine the expertise of Clarion courtesy of the world famous ICE brand and SiGMA ensures both the land-based and iGaming sectors will find synergy in Manila in 2020.  This is an exciting time as we extend the reach of the ICE brand following the launch of ICE Africa in 2018 and ICE North America in May 2019.”

SiGMA Group founder and chief executive Eman Pulis said he was proud to facilitate “the biggest gaming expo bringing East and West together”.

“It is unprecedented for two such established events to join forces in Asia this way, so this will be an unmissable calendar event amongst C-level gaming executives, whether they have existing business activity in Asia or are looking to expand their operations in the Far East.”
