Denmark returned its highest-ever quarterly total of €134.1m in the final period of 2018, driven by the continued upward trajectory of online casino.
The €134.1m in GGR generated by dot.dk licence holders represented an increase of 2.4% on the prior month and 5.9% up on the comparable period a year earlier.
The performance pushed the yearly total for regulated igaming in Demark to €513.3m, 14.6% up on the €448.0m total for 2017.
Casino accounted for more than €44m of the €65m market GGR added during this time.
The dashboard is presented in partnership with European corporate advisory firm Ficom Leisure, a specialist in all segments of the betting and gaming sector.
