GLI gains testing approval in New York

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has been authorised by the New York State Gaming Commission to perform independent testing and certification on gaming equipment in the US state.

The new approval will cover games and game variations, gaming devices, gaming associated equipment, cashless wagering systems inter-casino linked systems, mobile gaming systems and interactive gaming systems.

GLI is already actively testing equipment in a number of other states, as well as jurisdiction and regions around the world.

“With this authorisation now in place, GLI is actively performing testing and certification for the New York State Gaming Commission and will be releasing results soon,” GLI said in a statement.

“The company is looking forward to continuing its relationship with New York as they progress through this important market expansion.”
