GLI hands senior regulatory development role to Haberl

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has appointed Alexander Haberl as its regulatory development manager

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has appointed Alexander Haberl as its regulatory development manager.

In his new role, Haberl will meet with regulators across Europe to discuss the latest regulatory developments and report any changes back to various GLI departments.

Haberl joins GLI having most recently served as managing director of BMM Testlabs and director of business development for BMM Europe.

Prior to this, he had a spell as head of group projects at Greentube, the online gaming division of Novomatic.

Haberl also had a number of other responsibilities during his time at Novomatic, such as helping to establish modern R&D methodologies and contributing to the development of various gaming platforms and products.

Martin Britton, managing director of GLI Europe and Africa, said: “Alexander is an industry veteran with many years of experience in the areas of new product development, R&D, server-based technology, and technical compliance.

“I am confident that his unique professional skills and expertise will contribute significantly to delivering GLI’s world-class capabilities and customer service throughout the expanding European gaming market.”
