Kiron Interactive is to launch its virtual games service in Malta after securing a deal with Gaming Operations Limited (GOL).

Under the agreement, a selection of Kiron’s virtual sports will be rolled out in 30 IZIBET retail betting outlets across Malta, as well as in the country’s Dragonara Casino.

Kiron’s virtual games will be made available alongside regular sports betting products on the self-service betting terminals from Best Gaming Technology.

“Virtual sports betting will continue to enhance our offering, consolidating our brand as the fastest growing sports betting one in Malta,” GOL business development director Franco de Gabriele said.

“With Kiron’s range of products we will continue to differentiate ourselves from the rest of the market by providing the most extensive range possible.”

Steven Spartinos, co-chief executive of Kiron, added: “There is a growing demand among customers, both land-based and online, for virtual sports, and operators are increasingly looking for new ways to entertain them.”
