Stockholm-listed gaming operator LeoVegas Group is to build on the launch of GoGoCasino in Sweden by expanding the brand into new territories, starting with Finland.

GoGoCasino went live in Sweden in March last year, the first new offering to launch on the operator’s proprietary platform Brands of Leo.

The platform launched that same month, designed to give LeoVegas greater flexibility in developing and rolling out new, customised brands targeting niche player groups. A second brand developed on the platform, LiveCasino.com, went live in May this year.

The planned Finnish launch will be the first in a broader expansion plan for GoGoCasino, with the operator aiming to grow market share with a fast and simplified product offering.

“GoGoCasino is the first new brand to be launched on our proprietary multibrand platform, and it is exciting to see that our customers appreciate the product and experience,” LeoVegas chief executive Gustaf Hagman (pictured) explained.

“The fact that at GoGoCasino has done so well in the regulated market in Sweden shows our ability to use our proprietary technology to create new, appreciated brands with economies of scale and synergies across the Group.

“Finland is the first new market for GoGoCasino outside Sweden, and I am looking forward to scaling up the brand internationally.”
