Digital marketing platform OtherLevels has agreed a deal with bwin.party to manage the online operator’s digital communication reach across its range of mobile products.
Under the agreement, OtherLevels will help bwin.party to engage users with more relevant and timely content across its mobile applications.
The partnership will cover a host of key product areas, including online sports betting, poker, casino and bingo.
“With a variety of mobile entertainment choices for today's avid users, leading gaming operators like bwin.party are investing heavily in maximising engagement with players to create the best experiences possible,” OtherLevels said.
“Obtaining key player insights will help bwin.party combat challenges most gaming operators face such as player churn, and in return, increase app loyalty and conversion rates.”
