Playstudios and Konami roll out social mobile app

Free-to-play casino games developer Playstudios has joined forces with gaming giant Konami to develop and launch a new social slots mobile application.

‘Konami Slots’ will feature a range of Konami slot machine title, such as ‘Lotus Land’, ‘Spellbound Princess’ and ‘Lion Festival’.

The free-to-play product will be regularly updated with other titles on a monthly basis, with the likes of ‘China Shores’ and ‘Mayan Chief’ to be added in the near future.

Paul Mathews, president of Playstudios, said: “We have seen the incredible popularity of mobile content based on actual casino games.

“Konami has a wonderful collection of products with beautiful graphics and great game features.

“It was a perfect fit for our studio and we're delighted that Konami has entrusted us with their valuable brands.”
