North American casino operator Rush Street Gaming has expanded its partnership with mobile engagement solutions provider JOINGO.

Under the deal, JOINGO will now supply its solutions to three more casinos run by Rush Street, including the new Rivers Casino & Resort in Schenectady, New York, which is due to open in February next year.

The new facility will benefit from mobile applications that feature custom-built functionality such as marketing automation, a virtual in-app player's club card, automated offer redemption acknowledgment, and VIP event RSVP.

Rush Street will also have access to ‘JOINGO Insights’, a new business intelligence and reporting platform.

“We have been extremely pleased with the flexibility and scalability of the JOINGO product and the ROI it has produced at Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh,” Rush Street vice-president strategic planning and operations, Zelletta Wyatt, said.

“This made it the obvious choice when it came time to select a mobile engagement solution for Rivers Casino in Des Plaines, SugarHouse Casino in Philadelphia, and our newest property, Rivers Casino & Resort in Schenectady.”

Steve Boyle, chief executive of JOINGO, added: “Rush Street Gaming has been and will continue to be a flagship customer for JOINGO; we are thrilled to extend our partnership to the entire family of Rush Street properties and look forward to continued collaboration.”
