Tatts Group is to integrate Comtrade Gaming’s Game to System (G2S) Host-side Protocol Stacks technology into its products as part of an effort to enhance its monitoring capabilities.

The Comtrade solution will serve as a technical addition to Tatts’ established monitoring platform in New South Wales, Australia.

The G2S product will now integrate into gaming machines and consolidate data collection, enabling ticketing, cashless jackpots, bonusing elements and extended remote configuration, software downloads and media display components.

“Monitoring gaming machines in highly regulated jurisdictions is extremely complex,” Tatts’ chief operating officer of gaming solutions, Frank Makryllos, said.

“Venues in New South Wales can be confident in the implementation of new functionality and features through the joint implementation of Comtrade’s gaming technology solution.”

Igor Rus, director of systems at Comtrade, added: “The protocol engine simplifies the integration of gaming machines with venue servers to assist operators and vendors optimise business intelligence, operational processes and player engagement.”
