Win Systems has acquired gaming machines and electronic roulette company Gold Club for an undisclosed amount.

In a joint statement, the companies said the new combined operation will be capable of offering lottery and casino clients end-to-end solutions such as casino management systems, video lottery terminals, electronic gaming machines and electronic table games.

Win Systems will more than double its current headcount to over 300 staff, with key Gold Club personnel to remain in place and continue servicing customers under the Gold Club brand in certain regulated markets.

Slovenia-headquartered Gold Club has a presence in more than 50 countries around the world.

Eric Benchimol, chief executive of Win Systems, said: “The acquisition of Gold Club provides us with significant and immediate access to new markets and customers.

“We have grown exponentially in the past 18 months and we are looking forward to harnessing the power of the newly-integrated businesses as a springboard to further growth.

“This landmark deal will allow us to offer more products and services to our existing customers as we become a fully-integrated omni-channel provider of systems solutions to the global industry.”
