Zynga has completed the acquisition of mobile gaming developer Zindagi Games for an undisclosed sum.

Co-founded by Umrao Mayer and George Simmons, Zindagi is best known for free-to-play titles such as ‘Yummy Gummy’ and ‘Crazy Kitchen’.

As part of the agreement, Zynga said that it expects to launch Zindagi’s ‘Crazy Cake Swap’ during the first half of the year.

In a statement confirming the acquisition, Zynga said: “Zindagi is made up of world-class engineers, game designers, product managers and artists who have delivered high quality games.”

The agreement comes after Zynga last week reported an increase in revenue for the 12 months through to Decmeber 31, 3015.
