COLIBRIX ONE develops regulated payment and business account services with dedicated IBANs, supporting predictable cross-border operations and low-risk, transparent payment flows for digital businesses.

COLIBRIX ONE, a global payments platform for digital businesses, continues to develop its regulated payment and account infrastructure, supporting predictable, transparent financial operations across borders and low-risk operating models.

Operating through regulated entities in the United Kingdom and the European Union, COLIBRIX ONE provides payment services within a clearly defined regulatory framework. In the United Kingdom, COLIBRIX LIMITED is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI). In the European Union, services are provided through Mellifera Kartiera Limited, an Electronic Money Institution authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA). This structure supports consistent service delivery and regulatory clarity for businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.

COLIBRIX ONE delivers an integrated suite of services including card acquiring, virtual cards, current business accounts with dedicated IBANs, and proprietary IT and payments infrastructure, all consolidated within a single platform. This unified approach is designed to reduce operational complexity, improve visibility across payment flows, and support stable, low-risk transaction environments.

A core component of the platform is its current business account offering, providing EUR-denominated accounts with dedicated IBANs and support for SEPA and SEPA Instant payments. These accounts are designed for cross-border e-commerce companies, marketplaces, and service providers that require predictable euro settlement, efficient supplier payments, and clear transaction reporting across the European Economic Area.

As part of its ongoing product development, COLIBRIX ONE continues to expand its services in line with established and well-structured business models. The platform’s product strategy focuses on transparent transaction flows, predictable settlement patterns, and payment use cases aligned with low-risk operational profiles.

The platform incorporates KYC and AML procedures, transaction monitoring, and security controls aligned with PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), EMV 3-D Secure 2, GDPR data protection standards, and PCI-referenced card security practices, supporting secure and reliable payment execution without compromising operational efficiency.

COLIBRIX ONE also states that COLIBRIX LIMITED is a principal member of Visa and Mastercard, supporting scheme-level governance across its card acquiring and issuing activities.

Launched in April 2020, COLIBRIX ONE reports serving more than 150 companies worldwide, providing regulated payment infrastructure designed to support predictable growth and reduce operational friction for digital businesses.
