ProntoPaga launches SMARTPIX and expands payment innovation across Latin America

ProntoPaga, a leading fintech innovator in Latin America, has officially launched SMARTPIX, a groundbreaking Smart Routing payment solution designed specifically for the Brazilian market.

SMARTPIX allows operators to process high-volume transactions directly from their bank accounts, without ProntoPaga ever touching the funds. This eliminates exposure to third-party handling, dramatically reduces latency, enhances availability and ensures total control and security for merchants. With this innovation, ProntoPaga projects it will be processing over 60 million transactions per month in Brazil alone by December 2025.

The company’s Q1 2025 rollout has seen its presence expand across Peru, Ecuador, Chile and Brazil, establishing itself as a top-tier local partner in sectors such as iGaming, sports betting and fintech.

In addition to SMARTPIX, ProntoPaga has introduced two new merchant-focused tools:

  • Real-Time Dashboard – An intuitive interface for managing financial operations and insights on the fly.
  • PAY4U – A flexible, fully compliant payout and remuneration system tailored to local regulatory frameworks.

Looking ahead, Argentina is next on the map. In Q3 2025, ProntoPaga will launch a full checkout suite that supports instant transfers, interoperable QR codes and card payments, with highly competitive pricing tailored to high volume sectors like gambling.

Meanwhile, in Peru, the company is gearing up to integrate with Yape, the country’s leading digital wallet. This partnership will introduce:

  • Yape One Click – Seamless repeat payments with one-tap functionality.
  • Recurring Payments – Automated solutions ideal for subscription-based services.
