ReferOn announces completion of management buyout
ReferOn, an affiliate management platform for the iGaming industry, has announced the completion of a management buyout.
Evaluating the platform’s trajectory three years post-launch, Alex Bukin, CEO at ReferOn stated: “This is an important moment for ReferOn and the beginning of a new chapter for the business. The management buyout provides us with the long-term focus required to continually advance the platform. We remain committed to product development, strengthening our offerings for partners, and supporting ReferOn’s continued growth across key markets.”
The buyout follows a strong period of progress for the company. Built on a foundation of operational efficiency and scalable technology, ReferOn continues to accelerate its presence across the industry. Within its first 12 months, the platform reported 35.7 million clicks, 2.4 million registrations, 18,000 affiliates and 136,000 active trackers. The company’s comprehensive suite of tools supports flexibility for operators and affiliates.
This transition will not affect day-to-day operations; support and existing partnerships will proceed as usual. As part of its ongoing expansion strategy, ReferOn continues to strengthen its product offering with the launch of new features, including Refie, the platform’s built-in interface layer. The platform consistently enhances user experience and security through dynamic reporting, Company Grouping, Sub-Affiliation, Independent Deal Calculation (IDC), two-factor authentication (2FA), and comprehensive mobile optimisation.
To ensure operational continuity, the existing leadership team remains in place, ensuring continuity as the company enters its next stage of development. Alongside Bukin’s appointment as CEO, Vlad Bondarenko has transitioned from head of product to chief product officer, while David Harris, formerly operations lead, has been appointed chief operations officer. As the company enters its next chapter, it remains focused on empowering operators with high-performance tools and a commitment to delivering the next generation of affiliate management.
