TESTA launches Qrowd Platform for QA and crowdtesting

| By iGB content team
TESTA has launched its Qrowd Platform, enabling iGaming operators and suppliers to run structured QA and crowdtesting using real users, devices, and live market conditions.

TESTA, the iGaming-focused QA and testing specialist, has announced that its Qrowd Platform is now live and available to TESTA clients, introducing a dedicated platform for managed QA and crowdtesting at scale.

The TESTA Qrowd Platform gives operators and suppliers access to a global network of vetted, iGaming-experienced testers who execute tests on real devices, operating systems, languages and network conditions. By combining structured QA methodology with crowdtesting, the platform is designed to surface issues that are difficult to replicate in controlled internal environments.

Built to support agile development workflows, the Qrowd Platform enables clients to keep tabs on test scopes, testing cycles progress and receive consolidated findings through a single interface. Test execution is carried out by in-market testers, while TESTA’s service delivery team manages test design, validation and reporting to ensure consistency and relevance.

According to Kenneth Weng, head of product at TESTA, the key benefit of the platform is the ability to turn real-world testing into a repeatable, operational process.

“TESTA Qrowd Platform allows teams to run QA and crowdtesting in conditions that closely reflect how players actually experience their product,” said Weng. “Instead of relying on assumptions or limited internal setups, clients can validate functionality, UX and performance across real markets in a structured and measurable way.”

The platform has been developed to address common QA challenges in iGaming, including device fragmentation, regional performance variability, localisation accuracy and complex player journeys involving registration, payments and verification.

Typical use cases for the TESTA Qrowd Platform include onboarding and registration flows, payment and KYC journeys, bonus mechanics, game and lobby performance, cross-device compatibility and pre-launch market readiness checks. The platform also supports comparative testing and benchmarking, enabling teams to assess changes across regions or product versions over time.

The launch formalises TESTA’s QA and crowdtesting model into a dedicated client platform, giving operators, platforms, and game providers greater visibility, faster turnaround times and more consistent testing outcomes.
