Cherry AB has been granted approval to list class B shares on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Subject to various customary conditions, including approval from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and registration of a prospectus, trading is set to begin on October 18.

Shares will trade in the ‘Mid Cap’ segment under the same ticker, CHER B, and the same ISIN code, SE0010133256.

Cherry said that no new shares will be issued in connection with the transfer to Nasdaq Stockholm and shareholders do not need to take any action.

Due to the transfer, Cherry’s class B shares will be delisted from AktieTorget and the final day of trading on AktieTorget is expected to be October 17.

Anders Holmgren, chief executive of Cherry AB, said: “Cherry is a profitable and rapidly-growing gaming company covering the entire value chain, from technology to consumer.

“The listing on Nasdaq Stockholm will provide us with increased exposure to the Swedish and the international capital markets.”
