Delaware igaming revenue soars in July

The Delaware Lottery has reported a 144.4% year-on-year increase in online gambling revenue in July, while player spending more than doubled to $20.8m.

The Delaware Lottery has reported a 144.4% year-on-year increase in online gambling revenue in July, while player spending more than doubled to $20.8m.
Revenue for the month amounted to $705,533, up from $288,675 in the same month last year, though this represented a 28.9% decline from June’s $964,607 total.
Amounts wagered also jumped 162.4% from $7.9m in July of last year to $20.8m, with players winning a total of $20.1m during the month.
Video lottery was again the most popular product vertical, generating $560,552 in revenue from $12.9m in bets. Table games followed with $82,376 in revenue and $7.9m in wagers, while poker rake and fees totalled $62,604.
