Gamesys acquires Snowcat Games
Gamesys has agreed a deal to acquire Estonian interactive gambling and betting games developer Snowcat Games.
Although terms of the agreement were not disclosed, Gamesys said it intends to use Snowcat’s game development expertise and system capabilities to embark on a series of new projects.
Gamesys also revealed plans to strengthen Snowcat’s team in its native Estonia.
“Gamesys has a fantastic reputation and delivers world class content in both the UK and internationally,” Snowcat director Paul Caffery said.
“They showed an instant commitment by investing in new premises for the team, so I am sure this acquisition will provide greater opportunity for our staff to continue to grow within a larger organisation.”
