Gamstop appoints Simon Reynolds to board as non-executive director

Online gambling self-exclusion service Gamstop has announced Simon Reynolds as its new non-executive board director for the National Online Self-Exclusion Scheme.

Reynolds has over 30 years of experience in the gambling industry. Most recently, he held the positions of chief compliance officer at Buzz Bingo and UK compliance director at Entain.

In his new role, Reynolds will will implement his knowledge on safer-gambling-related procedures to continue Gamstop’s ethos. He will replace Roger Parkes as the only non-executive director on Gamstop’s board.

“We are delighted that Simon has agreed to join the board and look forward to working with him in the future,” said Jenny Watson, chair of Gamstop.

“We will always put the consumer at the heart of our service but it is important for us to also hear from operators and I know Simon will bring welcome insight to our discussions.”
