GiG and bet365 extend marketing compliance partnership

UK-based online gambling giant bet365 has renewed its marketing compliance partnership with Gaming Innovation Group (GiG).

Under the agreement, GiG will continue to provide bet365 with access to its GiG Comply self-serve marketing compliance screening tool.

Bet365 will use the tool to create bespoke compliance checks, covering market-specific legislation and advertising standards.

GiG Comply scans web pages for content, including igaming code red words, links and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, helping operators to maintain marketing compliance and ensure affiliates are fully aligned with their brand message.

“We look forward to another successful year working with GiG Comply; the versatility of the tool means that we can effectively adapt to the ever-changing regulatory landscape ensuring we maintain a highly compliant affiliate programme,” a bet365 spokesperson said.
