For the 2026 campaign we’re looking to shine a spotlight on those making a remarkable impact on their colleagues, company, and the wider sector. Each year MIW shines a light on those championing change across gaming in all its varied sub-sectors.
This initiative highlights the outstanding contributions made by women in gaming who have not only excelled in their roles but have also made a tangible impact on those around them.
Submissions will be rigorously assessed by our panel of esteemed judges. Some are previous winners themselves while others work tirelessly to raise the profile of females in the sector.
Submissions for 2026 will close on 01 October, and the final list of winners will be published in the following weeks.
