Intema completes Team Bloodhounds esports acquisition

Esports igaming group Intema Solutions has completed the acquisition of Team Bloodhounds, the owner of the leading Canadian esports brand, Team BH.
Montreal-headquartered Intema said the deal will enhance its presence in the esports sector as it seeks to engage with and grow Team BH’s more than 7.25 million combined followers across YouTube, Twitch, Instagram and TikTok.
After the completion of the deal, first announced in June, Intema said it will prioritise launching Team BH competition and content teams in Activision’s Call of Duty and Riot Games’ Valorant, adding to its presence in Epic Games’ Fortnite.
