A leader in the iGaming space is looking for a General Counsel to manage all things legal while reporting to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Legal Support
- Provide commercially focused legal advice to teams business functions.
- Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of commercial agreements
- Advise stakeholders on contractual risk
- Manage and protect the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, licensing arrangements, and enforcement matters.
Regulatory & Corporate Compliance
- Oversee legal obligations
- Partner closely with Regulatory Affairs
- Support regulatory inspections, audits, and investigations
- Advising the business on potential impacts and recommended actions.
- Risk Management & Dispute Resolution
- Legal Operations
About You
You Will Ideally Have:
- Approximately 5-8 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Experience within iGaming, fintech, payments
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate law, and intellectual property.
- Experience advising businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.
