Frontend Lead.

Our client is a brand-new casino platform launched by seasoned betting and crypto operators. Initially focused on disrupting the crypto betting industry with a revolutionary platform and proprietary games, the platform has a day 2 strategy to become a mainstream platform leader.

I’m seeking for a Frontend Lead to join our industry-leading crypto betting and gaming technology platform. As frontend Lead, you’ll be responsible for the technical direction of the team, ensuring the delivery of rich and responsive web applications. You’ll actively participate in product design, develop new features using the latest technologies, and maintain our high standards for code quality and application performance. Is really important for us that you have a deep understanding of the iGaming space, including technology stacks, game APIs, and third-party vendor integration.

Skills/Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Frontend Team Leadership position role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Frontend developer, using JavaScript, HTML, CSS and modern frameworks (Vue, React, Angular..)
• Deep understanding of the iGaming space, including technology stacks, game APIs, and thirdparty vendor integration.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain technology and Web3 applications is an advantage.
• Highly understand technical blueprint to support the decisions within the team. ? Effective time management.
• Demonstrate common sense and exercise judgment when faced with emergencies.
• Excellent mediator in conflict resolution.
• Strong understanding of business goals.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior roles, and management from other departments and units within IT.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside other departments and units within IT such as Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Business Analyst, Testing Experts, DevOps, and SRE to achieve company goals and visions.
• Set team priorities and achieve company goals working alongside other teams & areas.
• Review assignments continuously to ascertain compliance with standards and quality.
•  Contribute to post-implementation reviews helping to demonstrate success or otherwise of projects.
•  Write and present regular reports to the Development Manager.
•  Carry out administrative functions such as staffing, recruitment, absence control, and oncalls.
•  Monitor and coach team members providing advice and guidance.
•  Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with all members of the team to evaluate objectives and improve performance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•  Experience in the gambling industry and a deep understanding of gaming technologies.
•  Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the online gaming and crypto industries.
•  Proven experience in mentoring/leading/supporting junior and mid-level developers.
