Head of Fraud

The Role
An iGaming business is looking for an experienced Head of Fraud to lead its fraud, KYC, AML and Responsible Gambling functions.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused leadership role, particularly suited to someone with strong crypto and iGaming experience who understands the behaviour of crypto-native players.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall fraud prevention, detection and investigation strategy.
- Monitor and manage risks
- Oversee crypto transactions, withdrawals, wallets
- Lead risk-based KYC and support the ongoing AML framework alongside the MLRO.
- Oversee Responsible Gambling controls and intervention processes.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, VIP and Customer Support
- Build, manage and develop the Fraud team
About You
- 6+ years’ experience in fraud leadership, ideally within iGaming, crypto or fintech.
- Strong, genuine understanding of crypto
- Proven experience leading fraud detection, prevention and investigations.
- Good knowledge of KYC, AML and Responsible Gambling.
- Commercially minded,
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment and partnering directly with senior leadership.
