BetConstruct has obtained a remote gaming licence for its sportsbook product from French online games regulator ARJEL.

The new licence will enable BetConstruct to provide its sports betting software to partners that wish to operate in the regulated French market.

BetConstruct already holds controlled skill games licences, awarded by the Malta Gambling Authority, as well as a casino and pool betting licence from the UK Gambling Commission.

David Ozararat, regional director for BetConstruct in France, said: “Being granted a licence by ARJEL is a powerful guarantee of reliability and a stamp of recognition of the strengths of BetConstruct.

“The French licence will allow our partners to have a privileged access to the French market that has grown 30% every year since it was regulated.

“BetConstruct will remove barriers for operators and allow them to benefit from this dynamic market.”
