The permit allows Red Rake Gaming to work with operators that also hold a licence in the state. Its content includes the Super Series range of games and Million Ways to Win titles.

Red Rake Gaming has been active in the US for a number of years through its social casino offering. However, this represents its first venture into the igaming sector.

The developer added that it expects to also launch in a number of other states in the near future. It said approval is in the final stages in several jurisdictions.

Outside of the US, Red Rake Gaming holds licences in more than 20 markets. Its most recent market entries include Bulgaria, Switzerland and Lithuania. Other active markets include the UK, Sweden and Germany.

“We could not be more thrilled to have been approved for operating in PA,” Red Rake Gaming managing director for Malta, Nick Barr, said. “We’ve already have seen a huge demand from operators for our content across the state.

“We are equally delighted to offer the players who have enjoyed our social games over the years to have the ability to play with real money in Pennsylvania.

“We are extremely confident about the US and the integral part it will play in Red Rake Gaming’s continued growth.”
