Gaming services provider Alot Solutions has appointed former Nektan chief legal officer Abigail Wahnon (pictured) as its new head of legal and compliance.

Wahnon will be responsible for legal, company secretarial and compliance functions at Alot Solutions, Lottoland’s business-to-business division.

The Gibraltar-headquartered supplier, which was rebranded in November 2019, provides prize cover, technology and content to a wide range of customers.

Wahnon previously worked at Nektan and before that spent three years as GVC’s deputy company secretary and legal counsel.

“I’m really pleased to be joining the Alot Solutions team and can’t wait to meet everyone and get stuck in,” she said. “Having been based in Gibraltar, I’ve been able to watch the company develop – I look forward to helping deliver the strategy and seeing the business grow.”

Speaking about Wahnon’s appointment, Alot chief executive Michael Carruthers added: “Having someone of Abigail’s calibre join our team will help us to grow quickly and safely as we power innovation in the lottery, gaming and prize promotion sectors to benefit players, operators and their good causes.”
