SC Freiburg takes a punt on lottery sponsorship

German regional lottery operator Toto-Lotto Baden-Württemberg has signed up as a sponsor of Bundesliga football club SC Freiburg.

German regional lottery operator Toto-Lotto Baden-Württemberg has signed up as a sponsor of Bundesliga football club SC Freiburg.
Although terms of the deal were not disclosed, it was confirmed that Toto-Lotto will become the German top-tier team’s new premium sponsor.
Toto-Lotto will benefit from branding placement on perimeter boards inside the team’s Schwarzwald-Stadion home ground, as well as in the official matchday programme and on the club’s website.
In addition, Toto-Lotto will co-sponsor the SC Freiburg women’s team.
Freiberg will compete in the 2016-17 Bundesliga after winning promotion from the second tier last season.
