Aristocrat Technologies has followed up on its recent deal to acquire Big Fish Games by announcing an agreement with Phi Gaming.

The company has now acquired the complete source code and hardware design for a promotional kiosk solution developed by Phi Gaming.

In addition, the two parties have secured a development agreement to further accelerate Aristocrat’s Oasis 360 Loyalty Kiosk, in a move that will also extend the firm’s digital content and advanced marketing solutions within its Oasis 360 casino management system portfolio.

Aristocrat’s Oasis Loyalty Kiosk is a HTML5-based that enables casino operators to offer virtual or physical drawings, swipe and win promotions, earn and get promotions, sports pick ‘ems, event pick ‘ems, customisable HTML5 games, wayfinding, digital advertising and static promotions.

“Phi Gaming’s modern kiosk design is best-of-breed, and we are excited to add their kiosk solution to the Oasis 360 suite of products,” Aristocrat vice-president of system sales, Clark Warren, said.

“This acquisition reflects an important milestone in Aristocrat’s commitment to provide an end-to-end solution for our customers.”

The deal comes after Aristocrat last month announced that it had struck a deal to acquire Big Fish Games for $990m (€842.9m).

Diallo Gordon, president and chief executive of Phi Gaming, added: “Our product synergies are only second to our mutual desire to delight and spoil our customers with solutions that suit patron desires and customer preferences.

“We revel in ensuring customers get what they need before they ask and to be aggressively innovative in keeping that promise.”
