Independent igaming company AXL Affiliates has acquired global advertising platform Astute Media for approximately £22m (€24.8m/$29.2m).
AXL said that the deal, which also includes all 12 subsidiary companies of Astute Media, will help the company to reach new markets and territories and enhance its presence the sports betting affiliate sector.
Astute Media delivers more than 900 million ad impressions daily through its 12 subsidiaries, while AXL currently provides over 6,000 NDCs monthly from its network of over 2,000 gaming and sports-related websites.
Earlier this year, AXL also acquired UK-based TipsBetting Media for £260,000, as well as sports affiliate website Oddstake.com for €1.15m.
